Ask Your Commissioner is a series of interactive web chats designed to give the residents of Cleveland more ways to communicate with their Police and Crime Commissioner.
Ask Your Commissioner gives people the opportunity to ask the Police & Crime Commissioner questions about his priorities and find out his plans for the strategic policing of Cleveland via an interactive web chat.
It is also an opportunity for residents to tell the Police & Crime Commissioner about their crime and antisocial behaviour concerns in their local area.
It forms part of the Police & Crime Commissioner’s strategy to use a range of methods to feedback to residents about their concerns and find out more about what the issues are in communities.
As more and more people have access to the internet Ask Your Commissioner provides another outlet for residents of all ages to get involved in talking about their neighbourhood. It will reach parents who perhaps cannot leave their children to attend a meeting or those who may feel anxious about speaking in a public forum.
