As I am unable to locate them on your website, I am requesting (under the FOI Act) copies of all agendas and minutes relating to scrutiny meetings held between the PCC and Cleveland Police for the period between April 1st 2019 and September 4th 2019 (the date at which this request is made).
I can confirm that the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Cleveland does hold this information.
I am refusing your request under Section 21(A) of the Freedom of Information Act as this information is already accessible by other means, in this case on the PCC’s website.
The FOI Act instructs that I assist you in finding the information you seek, which can be found at the following link: https://www.cleveland.pcc.police.uk/Decisions/Scrutiny-Meetings.aspx
For future reference, this page can be found by clicking the Transparency tab at the top of the page and then selecting Thematic Scrutiny Meetings. There is also a direct link half-way down the Homepage, or alternatively you can use the search bar to search ‘scrutiny’.
A Scrutiny, Delivery and Performance meeting took place on Monday 2nd September and as per procedure, the draft minutes for this meeting will be approved by attendees at the next meeting on 7th October 2019. They will be published as soon as practicable after this meeting on the webpage referenced earlier in my letter.
