Restorative Cleveland

Responsibility for commissioning victim-led Restorative Justice was transferred from the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) to Police and Crime Commissioners (PCCs) in October 2014. Together with partners a shared vision has been developed for the Cleveland area:

To ensure that at any stage of their journey victims have access to high quality restorative justice,
building on existing provision and ensuring the same high level of service across the whole of the Cleveland area

This page will provide access to further information in regards to the Restorative Justice Process in Cleveland and details on how referrals can be made into the Restorative Cleveland Partnership.
