New interns at the OPCC

Cleveland's OPCC welcomes fresh talent from Teesside University with two graduates working closely with the violence reduction partnership and OPCC policy officers, developing the COPA app and other initiatives.

PCC supports pay rise for police staff

Steve Turner fully supports a pay award of seven per cent for police staff, at the beginning of August he made his recommendation for the seven per cent pay rise to national body the Association of Police and Crime Commissioners.

Custody Navigator pilot in Cleveland

CURV has funded a new pilot within Cleveland Police's custody suites to stop young people re-offending. By adopting a trauma-informed approach, navigators will support those who are ready to move away from a life of violence and crime.

Teeswide Safeguarding Adults Board are providing a FREE training course for all those working to safeguard adults and children/young people to raise awareness and change attitudes towards stalking. Sessions run between October and March.
