- The number of Immediate Justice disposals issued in your force area since the scheme’s introduction.
- Response: 164

- Response – there was no formal evaluation or report on the Immediate Justice Scheme
- Re-offending rates
- Response – Reoffending data was provided for 80 individuals referred to the Immediate Justice scheme; data was collected between Jan 2024 and March 2024.
Out of these individuals: - 63% completed the Immediate Justice scheme
- 37% did not complete Immediate Justice
- Of those who participated in Immediate Justice, 36% reoffended (up to March 2024)
- Of those who did not participate, 50% reoffended (up to March 2024)
- Response – Reoffending data was provided for 80 individuals referred to the Immediate Justice scheme; data was collected between Jan 2024 and March 2024.
