I am emailing to request some specific documents, namely the Annual Report and the Police and Crime Plan.
Please could you send me the Annual Reports from 2011/12, 2012/13, 2013/14, 2014/15, 2015/16, 2016/17, 2017/18, 2018/19, 2019/20, and any of the Police and Crime Plans you have (either electronically or a hard copy)?

For your information this letter constitutes a refusal notice under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information Act. An exemption under Section 21 of the Act is being applied as the information is accessible by other means.

Please be aware that PCCs were only introduced in November 2012, as a result, the first Annual Report was 2012-13 and the first Police and Crime Plan wasn’t formalised until 2013.
