Can you please supply the following information as produced by the Business Objects reporting functionality attached to the National Firearms Licensing Management System (NFLMS);
- Average certificate grant time* – firearm certificates
- Average certificate grant time* – shotgun certificates
- Average certificate renewal time* – firearm certificates
- Average certificate renewal time* – shotgun certificates
*average time should be measured between 1st February 2016 to 31st January 2017.

You will see that you have put in a full stop between the word ‘of’ and the letter ‘I’ in the address bar and as such your initial request never arrived in the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Cleveland.

Regarding your request I can now inform you that I have completed my enquiries and that my reply on behalf of the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Cleveland is as follows.
I can confirm that the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Cleveland does not hold this information.
s16 of the FOIA requires me to try and assist you in seeking the information you have asked for. In that vein I understand that this information may be held by Cleveland Police.
