I can confirm that the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Cleveland does hold some of this information.
1. While the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) runs a comprehensive third party reporting centre scheme, there is no funding provided to these centres.

2. The OPCC does not fund hate crime reporting centres.
3. I am refusing this part of your request under Section 21 of the FOIA, as this information is readily accessible elsewhere.
