Under the FOIA please provide me under section 1(1) FOIA , all the information that you hold regarding the Cleveland Police handling of operation magnolia. In order to be accountable and transparent please provide all past and present information that you hold regarding how the PCC has overseen the effectiveness and effectiveness since 2014.
Since that time there has been numerous chief Constables and numerous SIO involved with the operation how many times have you or previous pcc asked a chef constable of the Cleveland police to provide you with a update regarding the effectiveness and efficacy of the operation.
There has also been numerous investigations and reports into the Cleveland police handling of previous child abuse investigations that have cost the taxpayer millions of pounds. As this operation is now moving into its second decade how is the current PCC holding the current chief constable accountable and transparent regarding operations Magnolia.
To clarify, I request all the information that you hold, regarding pass and present chief constable and meeting between the PCC regarding the efficacy and effectiveness of operation magnolia. All information should included emails, minutes of meetings, reviews , letters of complaints from any member of the public or other bodies such as solicitors, MP’s ect
