Under the FOIA section 1(1), please provide the 830 victims all the recorded information that you hold, in al formats, regarding how passed and present PCC has held pass and present CC to account regarding the efficiency and effectiveness of operation Magnolia.

Under section 14(2) of the Freedom of Information Act, public authorities do not have to comply with a request which is identical, or substantially similar to a previous request submitted by the same individual, unless a reasonable period has elapsed between those requests.
In addition, Section 14(2) can be applied when the public body has previously provided the same requestor with the information in relation to an earlier Freedom of Information Request.
Following review, I have assessed this request as being substantially similar to a previous request received on 13 January 2025 (Ref 29 – 24/25) and which was subsequently reviewed by an independent member within the team in May 2025 following a request for an internal review.
