1. Could you please identify exactly which “Sancus” company it is your office utilises for the purpose of independent police complaint reviews? Could you provide the full registered name and registration number of that company?
2. Working from the date 29th July 2022, could you please advise how many police complaints your office have sent to this “Sancus” for review (or any other purpose)? If possible could you break this number down by year and quarter?
3. Could you please advise if there are any other ‘Data Controllers’ or ‘Data Processors’ involved in the process of your office conducting police complaint reviews? And if so, who they are specifically, and what their relationship is to both your office and the process itself?
