Please provide copies of the list of Legally Qualified Chairs used by Cleveland police for the purposes of gross misconduct hearings since 2018 until 2024. Whilst I appreciate some information may be redacted, contact details etc, the names alone and date of addition to those lists will suffice.
Please note that the list should reflect the “pick list” used for selecting panel members and not include those who have been addended for a singular hearing. Where it is the case that an individual has been selected for a single hearing whilst not normally part of the Cleveland list an explanatory note will suffice as to the reasoning for this.’
