I request the date that the Cleveland police and/or the PCC referred the complaint that the cc had been hidden away in a in a lock draw a sexual assault allegation against a child for years. As a direct result this cc was given 100’s of thousands in extra benefits by the individual ( the head of the police authority) who the child sex abuse allegation was made against.
To clarify I want the exact date that the Cleveland police and or the police authority and or the pcc referred this matter to the IOPC.
