Please provide details/copies of any correspondence between any of the following parties:
Cllr Ted Strike, Superintendent John Whitmore (District Commander covering Ingleby Barwick), Ingleby Barwick Town Council, Stockton Council and Cleveland Police/Office of the PCC/PCC relating to Cleveland Police taking over the ANPR cameras.
The cameras were originally bought by Ingleby Barwick town council. They are located at the entrances to Ingleby Barwick.
