The current contract for the provision of language services comes to an end in November 2016.
Services include Face to Face Interpreting and Translation Services, a British Sign Language service and telephone Interpreting services
A procurement assessment has been undertaken to provide these services in future which will deliver quality services and value for money.
Based on this work, the PCC is asked to award contracts in line with the decision below and supported by the report attached to this form.
