The Teeswide Safeguarding Adults Board (TSAB) is funded by the four Tees Local Authorities, and North and South Clinical Commissioning Groups and Cleveland Police (through the Police and Crime Commissioner)
TSAB is the statutory body that sets the strategic direction for adult safeguarding and is responsible for protecting and promoting an adults right to live an independent life, in safety, free from abuse and neglect.
The Board has strong links with local strategic partners including Children’s Safeguarding Partnerships. Evidence of the TSAB Business Units workload, productivity and outcomes can be found within the 2018/19 Annual Report and the 2019/20 Strategic Business Plan
