Police and Crime Plan 2024-28
Currently, Cleveland PCC Matt Storey is working on his Police and Crime Plan for the next four years in office.
Matt has chosen six priorities to support his vision of of “working together to build safe, strong and confident communities.”
The six priorities are to:
- Deliver more visible and effective policing
- Reduce crime, antisocial behaviour and harm
- Improve safety for women and girls
- Build trust and confidence in policing and the justice system
- Ensure the right support for victims and vulnerable people
- Tackle offending and re-offending
Public consultation took place during the summer of 2024. The results are now being analysed prior to the final draft being presented to Cleveland Police and Crime Panel in November 2024.
