Under Freedom of Information Act, I would like to request the following information:
- Emails from and to Steve Turner (Police and Crime Commissioner) pertaining to the Middlesbrough Mayoral Development Corporation, between 1st January 2023 and 1st March 2023.
- Communications on non-corporate communication channels (private e-mail, WhatsApp, and SMS messages) to and from Steve Turner (Police and Crime Commissioner) pertaining to the Middlesbrough Mayoral Development Corporation between 1st January 2023 and 1st March 2023.

Searches were conducted by the Police and Crime Commissioner and members of the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for the correspondence requested.
I can confirm, as per Section 1(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner holds the information,. wihch you have requested. Our response is attached to this correspondence.
You will notice some redactions on the attached correspondence. They have been made in line with section 40(2) of the FOI act.
That’s because the information is the personal data of a third party. To disclose it would contravene the principals of the UK General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
