This request is in relation to the COPA app. Please provide the following information:
- How much did the COPA app cost in totality, up to the point it was made publicly available?
- What costs have been incurred in relation to the COPA app since it was made publicly available?
- What are the ongoing, monthly/quarterly costs in relation to the COPA app (and a breakdown as to what those costs relate to, I.e. Development, support, hosting, etc)?
- What business analysis was conducted prior to the COPA app being sanctioned?
- Was there any formal public consultation in regard to the need for the COPA app, and where can the results of this be viewed?
- Where was the tender for for the COPA app published?

4. Prior to procurement, a business case was produced with four different options to consider for the development of the app. This included market research to see what was available currently; linking in with partner organisations; evaluation of internal capacity and skills for development. The option to go out to procurement for a development partner was the preferred option from the business case.
5. There was no formal public consultation undertaken prior to the app being developed. This was part of the manifesto of PCC Steve Turner based on informal feedback from local residents
6. The tender documents for the mobile app development were posted on the blue light
