- Could there also be a focus on any communications about campaign literature for the elections mentioned.

Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner response
To accompany this letter, two bundles have been provided. One includes correspondence between the OPCC and Cleveland Police, the other containing correspondence sent internally within the OPCC.
Redactions have been made to the document bundles under s40 of the Freedom of Information Act, through the removal of third-party personal data. The release of this data would contravene the principles of the Data Protection Act 2018.
Redactions have also been made on correspondence which falls out of the scope of your request – either because it does not mention local elections or relate to the specific topics you seek – or because it is not correspondence between the parties you note in your request.
