The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Cleveland is committed to supporting a night time economy that is safe, inclusive and enjoyable for everyone.
Middlesbrough
- Boro Angels – Boro Angels volunteers offer a friendly, caring, compassionate presence in Middlesbrough Town Centre on Saturday nights, giving out Hot Drinks, Flip-Flops, Lollies, Water, Foil Blankets and First Aid – Welcome to Boro Angels | Boro Angels
- Women’s Street Watch – Women’s Street Watch Boro is a dedicated group of volunteers who patrol Middlesbrough town centre every weekend to protect, empower, and support women enjoying a night out – Women’s Street Watch Boro: Keeping women safe, one night out at a time – We are Middlesbrough
- Safe Haven – Safehaven is a warm and safe place for people to go if they need help on a night out in Middlesbrough. Safehaven is based in Middlesbrough bus station, and is open on Friday and Saturday nights into the early morning – Safehaven | Middlesbrough Council

Stockton
- Stockton Angels – Stockton Street Angels hand out flip flops, water, blankets, and other necessities to anyone that needs care after a night out. They are be First Aid trained and ready to offer a listening ear or company until professional help arrives – Facebook

- Hartlepool Town Pastors – Christian volunteers providing safe reassuring presence – Facebook

Redcar & Cleveland
- Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council – Night Time Safety to ensure the safety of all Redcar and Cleveland residents during night time, we started two new initiatives across all licensed premises to prevent night time crimes – Night time safety | Redcar and Cleveland
