Grant Budget Return Form

If you receive PCC funding, you must tell us how the funding has been used and explain any differences between your estimated and real spending on the project. You do this by completing the grant budget return form mid-year of your project.

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Cleveland requires anyone who has received funding, to complete a Grant Budget Return Form.

The form asks for a breakdown of expenditure at the mid-year point, explaining any differences between your actual and planned expenditure.

The mid-year expenditure report must be submitted to the Office of the PCC by 30 October in the year, in which it is received.
