The Police and Crime Commissioner has to approve a number of key documents and policies.
This will allow his office to function effectively.
Documents and policies are based on national models and professional officer input.
They have also, in the main, been approved through the Transition Programme Board.
The PCC can change them at any time (subject to formal decision making Processes).
The PCC is asked to approve the following documents and policy
- Scheme of Governance
- Financial Regulations
- Contract Standing Orders
- Decision Making Structure and Recording Decision
- Treasury Management Policy
- Police and Crime Commissioner Code of Conduct
- Audit Committee Arrangements
