Billingham Legacy Foundation Supporters Group has applied for funding for the Billingham Carnival and Horticultural Show.
Funding would provide activities to allow teenagers to take part in this year’s Billingham Carnival and Horticultural Show.
The Carnival and Horticultural Show has been running for over 65 years. In recent years, teenagers have been requesting activities aimed at their age group to take part in.
