Executive Summary:
There is a requirement of the PCC to make decisions and record them in an open and transparent way.
To aid the effectiveness of this process and to ensure good governance of the organisation, it is important that everyone works to the same process and procedure in having decisions approved, recording those decisions and most importantly supporting the reasons the decision has been made.
This document sets out the process to be followed for decisions to be made by the PCC for Cleveland.
